On  December 03, 2021, the Board of Directors of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company (stock symbol: PHR) decided to adjust the Board resolution dated November 23, 2021 regarding the first cash dividend payment for 2021 as follows:

−        Exercise ratio: 25%/par value (2,500 dongs/share)

−        Record date: December 17, 2021

−        Payment date: June 15, 2022.
