NAV: Board resolution on the first cash dividend payment for 2021

On December 06, 2021, the Board of Directors of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company (stock symbol: NAV) approved the cash dividend ratio to be 15%, of which 7% for the first cash dividend payment for 2021, as follows:

−        Payment ratio: 7%/par value (700 dongs/share)

−        Record date: December 20, 2021

−        Payment date: December 30, 2021.
