On December 24, 2021, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved to allow the Company obtained shareholders’ opinions in writing, as follows:

-          Record date: January 14, 2022

-          Voting time: in Quarter 1 of 2022.

-          Address: Office of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp, Floor 8 & 9, Tower B, Viettel Building, 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam, ward 12, district 10, HCMC.  

-          Voting contents:

• Vote on the plan that foreign loans are allowed to be converted into common shares for the Lender when the Company issues new shares.
