HQC: Board resolution on the purchase of shares of other companies
According to the Board resolution dated December 17, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (HQC) approved the policy on the purchase of shares of other companies as follows:
- Purchasing additional shares but not more than 25% at Hoang Quan Binh Thuan Real Estate Consultancy – Trading - Service Joint Stock Company; and the total ownership ratio will not exceed 45% of Hoang Quan Binh Thuan Real Estate Consultancy – Trading - Service Joint Stock Company.
- Purchasing additional shares but not more than 25% at Hoang Quan Can Tho Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company; and the total ownership ratio will not exceed 40% of Hoang Quan Can Tho Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company.
- Purchasing not more than 40% shares at Simon Investment Joint Stock Company; and the total ownership ratio will not exceed 40% of Simon Investment Joint Stock Company.
