- Number of outstanding shares before the issuance: 57,968,379 shares
- Charter capital before the issuance: VND579,689,330,000
- Issuance volume: 66,500,000 shares

- Number of oustanding shares after the issuance (estimated): 127,367,379 shares
- Charter capital after the issuance (estimated): VND1,273,673,790,000
- Issuance form: private placement
- Offering price: VND13,000/share
- Time for transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
