KHG: Approved the result of share private placement

The Board resolution dated November 30, 2021, the BOD of Khai Hoan Land Real Estate JSC approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the report on result of share private placement:

-          Distributed volume: 144,000,0000 shares, accounting for 100% total shares to be offered

-          Total proceeds from the offering: VND2,304,000,000,000

-          Ending date: November 30, 2021

-          Time for transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of the offering

-          Number of outstanding shares after the offering: 318,817,547 shares.

2)      Approving the increase of the company’s charer capital from VND1,748,175,470,000 to VND3,188,175,470,000, equivalent to 318,817,547 shares.
