KOS: Change of company model & type of financial statements

Kosy Joint Stock Company announces the changes of company model and type of financial statements because in Quarter IV of 2021 the Company completed the private placement of shares for stock swap for the shareholders of Hydropower Investment Consultants Joint Stock Company. After the stock swap, Kosy Joint Stock Company owns 98% of Hydropower Investment Consultants Joint Stock Company.
