On December 14, the BoD of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company approved the plan for providing a loan to Cam Lam Investment Co., Ltd., as follows:

-          Total loan amount: 91,875,000,000 dongs

-          Loan term: 12 months

-          Interest rate: 8%/year

-          Collateral: none.
