-          Ex-right date: December 14, 2021

-          Record date: December 15, 2021

1. Purpose:

To pay stock dividend for 2020;

2. Detailed contents:

-       Exercise ratio: 1,000:25

The one who owns 1000 shares at the record date will receive 25 new shares

-       Estimated issue volume: 1,401,775shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be canceled.

-       Place of implementation:
