Record date:                           December 17, 2021

Purpose                                   for the payment for the 2021 dividend in cash         

Dividend pay-out ratio:          15% of charter capital (VND1,500/ share)

Payment date:                          March 31, 2022         

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:   Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company as from March 31, 2022 .
