HRC: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

According to the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated December 03, 2021 in the form of obtaining shareholders’ opinions in writing, the shareholders of Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company (HRC) approved to borrow about 6,163,710,000 dongs from Vietnam Bank for Social Policies of Xuyen Moc District in order to pay salary to the Company’s employees.
