HCD: Approved the stock issuance to pay dividend The Board resolution dated December 22, 2021, the BOD of HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:
1) Approving the stock issuance to pay stock dividend for 2018 and 2019:
- Stock name: HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: HCD
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of outstanding shares: 27,000,000 shares
- Charter capital before the issuance: VND270,000,000,000
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 4,590,000 shares
- Issuance purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2018, 2019
- Exercise ratio: 17% (100:17) (Those who own 100 shares will receive 17 new shares)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 1/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)
- Transfer restriction: none.
2) Approving the adjustment to the plan to pay dividend for 2021 from 5% up to 12% (In which 5% in cash, 7% in stock) due to the profit exceeded the business plan. Plan for 2021 dividend payment will submit to the Annual General Meeting 2022. HOSE
