DBD: BoD approves to issue shares to the 2021 dividend payment

On December 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved a plan for issuing shares to the 2021 dividend payment in stock:

-          Exercise ratio: 20%

-          Estimated issue volume: 11,514,471 shares

-          Total issue value: VND115,144,710,000

-          Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: Quarter 2.2022.
