GEX: Board resolution on a private placement of bonds According to the Board Resolution dated December 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of GELEX Group Joint Stock Company approved the plan for a private placement of bonds in 2021 with the total issue value of VND1,500 billion.
1) The first private placement:
- Total issue volume: 10,000 bonds
- Par value: VND100,000,000/bond
- Total issue value at par value: VND1,000,000,000,000.
- Issue price: equal to the par value
- Bond term: 03 years
- Bond type: non-convertible secured corporate bond, no warrants
- Bond form: book-entry
- Estimated rate: 9%/year.
- Estimated issue date: in December 2021.
2) The second private placement:
- Total issue volume: 5,000 bonds
- Par value: VND100,000,000/bond
- Total issue value at par value: VND500,000,000,000.
- Issue price: equal to the par value
- Bond term: 03 years
- Bond type: non-convertible secured corporate bond, no warrants
- Bond form: book-entry
- Estimated rate: 9%/year.
- Estimated issue date: in December 2021.
