ECC: Approved the public offering of shares

The Board resolution dated December 13, 2021, the BOD of Euro Capital Securities JSC approved the  public offering of shares with details as follows:

-          Stock name: Euro Capital Securities JSC

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Registered offering volume: 20,000,000 shares

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Total value (at par value): VND200,000,000,000

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).

-          The rights should be transferred only once.

-          The new shares are freely transferable.

-          Time for rights transference: from December 28, 2021 to January 03, 2022

-          Time for subscription and payment: from December 28, 2021 to January 17, 2022.
