The Board resolution dated November 25, 2021, the BOD of Dam Sen Water Park Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022 on January 27, 2022.

2)      Approving the time for the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022 on December 29, 2021.

3)      Approving the financial support, the termination of operation of Lotus Aroma Food Joint Stock Company (Alota) from December 01, 2021.

4)      Approving the dissolution of Khai Hoan Mon Company Limited (Taxi Dam Sen Water Park).
