FIT: Reminder of information disclosure

On October 06, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the report on results of ESOP by F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company. However, on November 08, 2021, HOSE received the documents of change of listing for 8,000,000 ESOP shares from F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company.

On November 22, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange sent an official document to remind and ask F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information because the Company delayed the submission of documents of change of listing.
