VPI: Increasing charter capital and amending charter

The Board resolution dated November 18, 2021, the BOD of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to increase its charter capital from VND1,999,999,000,000 to VND2,199,997,800,000.

2)      Approving to amend its charter with new charter capital.
