PMG: Transferring all contributed capital of Mien Trung Gas

The Board resolution dated November 17, 2021, the BOD of Petro Center Corporation approved to transfer all contributed capital of Mien Trung Gas Joint Stock Company in Mien Trung Gas Retail Company Limited with total value of VND10,000,000,000 to Mr. Ho Dinh Thanh Binh.
