3) Par value: VND10,000/share
4) Total issued volume: 60,999,330 shares
5) Expected issue volume: 63,353,933 shares, in which:
- Issue shares to existing shareholders: 60,353,933 shares
+ Exercise ratio: 1:1
+ Issue price: VND12,000/share
- Issue shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): 3,000,000 shares
+ Issue price: VND10,000/share
