VietinBank Securities: Board resolution on credit agreements with Wooribank

On October 24, 2021, Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company (Vietinbank Securities) issued Board Resolution No.76 approving the liquidation of corporate credit agreements signed with Wooribank - Bac Ninh Branch and approving the signing of credit agreement with Wooribank - Hong Kong Branch. The credit limit of Vietinbank Securities at Wooribank - Hong Kong Branch will be US$30 million.
