SVC: Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2021

According to the resolution of the 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated November 26, 2021, the shareholders of Saigon General Service Corporation resolved to allow shareholders not to carry out the procedure of a public tender offer when receiving the transfer of ownership making the ownership ratio reach and exceed the levels of public tender offers.
