HPX: Board resolution on agreements with related parties

On November 23, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to use assets of the third parties, insiders under the laws in order to ensure the company's obligations with respect to the bonds according to the bond issuance plan.

2)      Approving the agreement between the Company and Mr. Do Quy Hai, Chairman of the Board of Directors (hereinafter “Insider”) on the fact that the Insider can use assets to ensure the bonds.
