VCSC: Early redemption of the bonds in the third private placement

On August 12, 2021, the Board of Directors of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company approved the early redemption of the bonds in the third private placement in 2021 as follows:

-          Trading method: direct negotiation

-          Estimated redemption volume: 2,101 bonds

-          Par value: VND100,000,000

-          Estimated redemption value: VND210,100,000,000.

-          Estimated trading date: from August 2021 to December 2021, and after 10 days from the signing date of this resolution.
