1)      Approving to exercise the whole rights (1,395,833 rights) to purchase shares according to the share issue plan for the existing shareholders of Thuan Duc Eco Joint Stock Company.

2)      Approving to receive the transfer of rights from 17 shareholders at Thuan Duc Eco Joint Stock Company with the total number of 11,104,167 rights.
