TCH: Board resolution on obtaining shareholders’ opinions in writing According to Board Resolution No.20 dated November 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company approved to obtain shareholders’ opinions in writing as follows:
1) Voting documents:
- Ballots;
- Document on the audited interim financial statements (fiscal year from 04/01/2021 to 09/30/2021);
- Document on the profit distribution plan;
- Document on issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity;
- Document on the change of the plan for the proceeds from the 2021 public offering;
- Regulations on the organization of online general meeting of shareholders;
- Document on investment plan and transactions with related parties.
2) Voting time:
- Time to receive shareholder's reply: November 29, 2022.
- Vote counting day: November 30, 2021.
