On November 03, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1904/TB-SGDHCM about the cancellation of the record date (October 15, 2021) to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2020 of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation.

Reason for cancellation: the Board of Directors approved the change of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2020.
