According to the Board resolution dated November 03, 2021, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation approved to implement the policy of capital contribution to invest in foreign companies as follows:

-          Target company: Natuzzi Singapore Pte.Ltd.

-          Head office: 8 Marina Boulevard #5 – 02 – Marina Bay Financial Tower 1, Singapore

-          Capital contributed by Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation: US$5,357,000 (20% of charter capital of Natuzzi Singapore Pte.Ltd).
