On October 29, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved an agreement with the person related to Techcombank’s insider, as follows:

-          Content: granting a credit card limit to Mrs. Nguyen Kieu Linh, Wife of Mr. Do Tuan Anh – Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcombank.

• Credit card limit: VND300 million
• Credit card term: 03 years
• Credit card type: Techcombank Visa Signature.
