KHG: Reminder of information disclosure

On October 28, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the Board resolutions dated October 09, 2021 by Khai Hoan Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company regarding the implementation of private placement of 144,000,000 shares and the dossier on the private placement.

Pursuant to Point d, Clause 1, Article 11 of Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 by the Ministry of Finance on the regulations on information disclosure in the stock market, Khai Hoan Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company was slow to announce the Board resolution. Therefore, HOSE requested Khai Hoan Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information in the stock market.
