PSH: Increasing contribution capital in Tram Bong

The Board resolution dated November 01, 2021, the BOD of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company approved to raise the value of contribution capital in Tram Bong Nature Resort and Urban Joint Stock Company from VND1,485,000,000 to VND22,500,000,000, equivalent to 15% charter capital.
