TCD: Board resolution on additional capital contribution to 3K Plus VN

Transport and Industry Development Investment JSC (TRACODI) announces Board Resolution No.57/2021 dated November 01, 2021 regarding additional capital contribution to 3K Plus Vietnam JSC. Accordingly, TRACODI will contribute VND8,000,000,000 by purchasing 800,000 shares according to the plan for issuing shares to existing shareholders of 3K Plus Vietnam JSC. After the transaction, the capital contribution ratio of TRACODI at 3K Plus Vietnam JSC will be VND20,400,000,000, or 2,040,000 common shares, accounting for 20% of charter capital of 3K Plus Vietnam JSC.
