On November 16, 2021, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-department of Ba Dinh District (“Sub-department”) make a transfer of 10,367,133 OCH shares owned by Ocean Group Joint Stock Company from the Company's securities account to the Sub-department’s account securities to execute judgment enforcement as prescribed.
