TCD: Approved the record date to implement rights to buy shares The Board resolution dated November 17, 2021, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved to implement rights to buy shares of existing shareholders as follows:
- Record date: December 01, 2021
- Expected issue volume: 87,209,152 shares
- Issuance price: VND10,000/share
- Exercise ratio: 1: 1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).
- Regulation on rights transfer:
- Time for rights transference: from December 06, 2021 to December 31, 2021
- The rights should be transferred only once.
- Regulation on securities purchased:
- Time for subscription and deposit: from December 06 to January 05, 2022.
- The new shares are freely transferable.
