KDC: Kido raises the ownership ratio at Vocarimex

On November 09, 2021, after the share auction at HNX, KIDO Group Corporation successfully bought 44,211,900 Vocarimex shares, which are owned by the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC), raising the ownership ratio of KIDO Group at Vocarimex to 106,329,900 shares, equivalent to 87.29%.
