NAV: Board Resolution No.11 dated 09 Nov 2021

According to the Board resolution dated November 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      To authorize Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Ngan, Chairwoman, to participate in and vote in the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled on November 20, 2021.

2)      To nominate Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Ngan as a candidate for Member of the Board of Directors of Saigon Development Corporation.
