On November 12, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1964/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company (stock code: ITC) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: November 22, 2021

-          Record date: November 23, 2021

Purpose:  To pay stock dividend for 2020

-       Exercise ratio: 100:10

-       Estimated issue volume: 7,928,593 shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-       Place of implementation:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
