GEG: BOD resolution dated November 02, 2021

 The Board resolution dated November 02, 2021, the Board of Directors of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company approved the restructuring plan with details as follows:

1)      To implement a merger between Tien Gianng Wind Power Joint Stock Company (TGG) and Tien Giang Wind Power Energy Joint Stock Company (TGE).

2)      The share conversion ratio: 1 – 1 (01 share of TGG will be converted into 01 share of TGE).
