VCB: Approval for agreements with VCBS

On November 02, 2021, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (VCB) approved the agreements with Vietcombank Securities Co. Ltd. (VCBS) on bond offering advisory services; and as an agent for issue, registration, depository, payment and transfer management for VCB's private placement of VND bonds in 2021.
