-          Number of shares registered for repurchase: 40,975 shares

-          Purpose: the repurchase according to the rules of ESOP 2018 and ESOP 2021

-          Financial resource for trading: capital surplus

-          Trading method: revoke and transfer the ownership to Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company

-          Repurchase price: equal to the par value
