Thien Viet Asset Management announces the record date for the 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting of Investors as follows:

1)      Record date: December 07^th, 2021

2)      Purpose: to convene for the 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting of Investors

3)      Details:

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 fund certificate – 01 voting right)

-          Meeting time: will be noticed later.

-          Meeting place: will be noticed later.

-          Voting content:

• Approval for the 2021 interim dividend payment (in cash) to investors of Thien Viet Growth Fund 2 (FUCTVGF2);
• Approval for the plan to dissolve the fund ahead of time before the fund expires on January 02^nd, 2023;
• Other issues (if any).
