The Board resolution dated November 17, 2021, the BOD of Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company approved the documents to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021, including:

1)      Meeting Invitation;

2)      Congress Program;

3)      Power of Attorney From;

4)      Regulation on organizing the General Meeting;

5)      Proposal on the adjustment of the investment policy to the Duc Giang Nghi Son Chemical Complex project in Nghi Son Commune, Thanh Hoa Province.

6)      Proposal on the withdrawal, adjustment of business lines;

7)      Other documents.
