EIB: Record date for implementing rights to nominate personnel

 On November 12, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.1970/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank as follows:

-          Ex-right date: November 23, 2021

-          Record date: November 24, 2021

1)      Reason and purpose: to implement rights to nominate personnel for the position of member of BOD and Supervisory Board for the term VII (2020 – 2025).

2)      Content:

-          Time for sending the Notice to shareholders: November 30, 2021

-          Location and time for receiving the documents of shareholders:

+ Location: Floor 8^th, Vincom Center Building, 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, district 1, Hochiminh.

+ Time for receiving nomination: from December 01, 2021 to 17:00, December 22, 2021.

+ Time for checking: from December 23, 2021 to January 13, 2022

+ Time for submitting the list to the State Bank of Vietnam (estimated): January 24, 2022

+ Time for holding the Annual General Meeting 2021 for the second time (including the appointment of members of BOD, Supervisory Board for the term VII (2020-2025)): March 15, 2021.
