The Board resolution dated November 10, 2021, the BOD of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the record date to implement rights to nominate personnel for the position of member of BOD and Supervisory Board for the term VII (2020 – 2025) on November 24, 2021.
