The Board resolution dated October 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company approved the change of the time to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Meeting time: expected in November 2021 (instead of October 27, 2021). The details will be informed later.

-          Record date: August 31, 2021.
