VIX: Approved the result of distribution of unsold shares The Board resolution dated October 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Approving the result of handling the unsold shares in the public offering in 2021:
- Stock volume: 1,515,776 shares
- Distributed volume: 1,515,776 shares
- Remaining shares: 0 share
- Offering price: VND10,000/share
- Total proceeds: VND15,157,760,000.
- These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
2) Approving the result of public offering in 2021:

- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of shares successfully distributed: 146,876,254 shares; Of which:
+ Stock issuance to pay dividend: 19,157,279 shares

+ Unsold shares: 1,515,776 shares
- Total shares after the offering: 274,595,229 shares
