On November 17, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) approved the agreement and draft of Stanby L/C to guarantee the loan principal and interest repayment obligation of Thanh Cong Energy Service Corporation; the beneficiary is Hongkong Branch of KEB Hana Bank.
