On November 17, 2021, the Board of Directors of DRH Holdings Joint Stock Company decided to issue the Company’s Charter which was amended by the first extraordinary general meeting of 2021.

On November 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of DRH Holdings Joint Stock Company approved to choose National Securities Incorporation as a consulting firm for a new share issue of DRH Holdings Joint Stock Company.
