VHM: Increasing charter capital

Vinhomes Joint Stock Company announces the following issues:

1)      To increase its charter capital to VND43,543,674,880,000 (equivalent to 4,354,367,488 shares) due to the stock issuance to raise charter capital.

2)      To amend its charter with new charter capital.
