-          Address: highway 1D, Area 2, Ghenh Rang Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh, Viet Nam.

-          Charter capital: VND400,000,000,000 (BCG contributed VND300,000,000,000, accounting for 75% charter capital of Phoenix Mountain Limited Company)

-          To appoint Mr. Bui Thanh Lam as representative of contributed capital of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company in Phoenix Mountain Limited Company.
